CREW LEADS
Crew Leads represent a dedicated group of Action Academy alumni who return to the program as mentors and leaders for the current cohort of students. They assume a central role in the program's daily operations, thereby acquiring invaluable expertise in program and project management, all while significantly contributing to its overall success. If you’re an Action Academy alumni and want to take your leadership to a whole new level, then keep an eye out for the Crew Leads applications opening. AND yes! They are paid!

Campus LEADS
Campus Leads is a 6-month internship program for emerging leaders. Gain expertise in leadership, relational organizing, and critical skills. Enjoy benefits such as stipends, travel opportunities, mentorship, and leadership development. Actively engage in monthly Zoom sessions, mentor check-ins, and program responsibilities to make a meaningful impact on your campus and community. Be a leader today, not just tomorrow. Are you an organization that is currently working with college students but is looking to expanding your network?
Annually, newly promoted Crew Leads take part in a rigorous 4-day leadership retreat in Seattle, Washington. This immersive experience includes team-building activities and skill refinement, fostering personal growth and meaningful connections among participants. Emerging from this retreat, attendees gain renewed clarity, confidence, and a comprehensive toolkit for purposeful leadership in both professional and personal spheres.
